Solve business problems – be your own consultant
Most business owners and managers use the "crisis" style, where they respond to problems, developing solutions ("fix"), and then beat on a job well done back to my own. Would not it be best to adopt a more "positive" way? In order to identify problems before the crisis, and emergency planning to address these issues, and to minimize the impact to the enterprise?
This as "an opportunity in disguise" in the popular concept is nonsense! Is the problem. They are wolves in wolves clothing, not dressing up as an innocent sheep. Or the kind of grandmother. We can thank this because the question in disguise, is undoubtedly difficult to determine and resolve. In addition, we can cajole into complacency, we believe, the question is not does not exist, or if they do exist, that they will open up new horizons and more profitable.
Intelligence gathering

Once you are a real problem (s) you know that 90% of the families. The plan to solve the problems (s) will need to develop, implement, review, and / or make adjustments when necessary corrections. You may need to specify a change "champions" to see this process through a successful conclusion. Of course, you still need strong participation.
